After purchasing our vehicle at another Chevrolet dealership with terrible customer service (I could write a book!) my husband and I decided to look to another dealership for our service needs! We couldn't stand the thought of giving the other dealership another cent - so...we thought we would give Georgian a try! We have nothing but positive things to say about the staff we have encountered there! Always a smile - happy to answer questions and go above and beyond to keep you informed and get the job done. Customer service is a clear priority to this dealership. Go here, you will not regret it (even AFTER you buy!). Shout out to Chris Campbell for always going the extra mile! The car we purchased has numerous scratches. Your salesman, Larry Moffat, promised us that the scratches would be repaired. When we picked up the car the scratches were not visible. A few weeks later the scratches all re-appeared. The scratches were temporarily concealed. We were very disappointed that Larry Moffat lied to us and that Georgian would treat their customers this way. My wife and I will continue to tell our friends, neighbours and co-workers at Costco and the OPP Headquarters about what Georgian did to us. Brian Jones
