Taking business elsewhere
Brought our 6 month old Spark into dealership after not being contacted back after a month or more of waiting to find out what can be done about the dozen or so paint chips on the hood and surrounding areas. The answer was that they won't do anything because they look like stone chips. We have driven the same route back and forth with our 2008 Jeep for years without a single stone chip, so it is obvious that the paint is either cheap or not adhered properly to the vehicle. We were planning on replacing that vehicle with another Spark because they are so good on gas, but I guess we will go back to Jeep for a better quality vehicle.

Our salesman, Richard Bone provided excellent service.
RIchard welcomed us with an outstanding smile and quickly had us test driving a Equinox. My husband, Gary Matson had been a co worker of Richard and knew he was a great salesman and outstanding person. He provided us with leasing and purchasing options while enjoying a coffee. We chose to lease an Equinox and he arranged a delivery date convenient for us. He came in early on Easter Monday for the delivery and set me up in my new Equinox. Bob was terrific placing us at ease.
Straightforward purchase experience with 2 test drives. Bob was excellent. We needed a new car and we are satisfied with the vehicle and the price. We were offered a loaner and we were impressed at the level of service. I would recommend both Bob and Georgian to friends and family.

Awesome experience
