We were curious about buying a new vehicle and spoke with Bob Gill to see what our vehicle was worth. In the end we were very satisfied with our trade in value and purchased a new 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe. We have dealt with Bob Gill for over 50 years and trading every 2 years for a new vehicle. The past 4 years trading each year and we have become accustomed to bantering back and forth. Bob has always gone the extra mile to do whatever he can including getting us the colour that we think we want or the specific options to make us 100% satisfied. We cannot say enough positive remarks about our feelings. We have always been extremely happy with our many new car purchases as well as any of our experiences with the service department especially John Hanes. I picked up my new 2019 GMC Sierra today and must say the complete experience was beyond my expectations. Our salesman, Alex Schaffernicht, could not have been more helpful! I have limited mobility and he offered to deal with us at a common area that was easily accessible and he brought the used car manager to us as well as the finance manager. Everyone was great. Alex showed us a number of options and vehicles while at the same time never making us feel pressured or rushed. His professionalism and customer service skills where top notch. He explained everything in detail and never tried to sell us “add ones” that we did not need. What a special pleasure to not be pushed to buy all those “extras” that you never use, in fact, he even had our front seat modified to give me more room! When we picked up the truck today he spent as much time as we needed to explain all those new features to us that every new vehicle has, while never making us feel rushed! It was certainly a pleasure to see there are “car salesmen” out there who really do put their customer’s needs first!
