No pressure, great to deal with.
Oscar was excellent to deal with. I mentioned what I wanted for a truck and he laid out the options on a couple different trucks that would fit in the payment I wanted to pay. He never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable which is a major deal breaker for me. Would definitely buy from Oscar again

Awesome to work with!
I decided to trade my 2015 Silverado 1500 for a 2500HD. Oscar was quick to help me out and gave me great trade in value on the 1500. We completed the required paperwork and decided on an evening appointment to complete the deal. The new truck was spotless and ready, Oscar was waiting and ready to review the options on the truck Excellent Service! Thank You Oscar!

Delivery delayed
Delivery was delayed twice.. A dirt mark that was noticed during test drive on the inside of the drivers door and was asked to be cleaned before delivery, it was the first thing my wife noticed that it wasn't done. Delivery of the truck was rushed, than we had to go to the gas station to have the truck filled after the deliver. During the delays we were being told every thing was going to be correct. But after we get it home the tire sensors we not connected to the truck, so I had to take it bach to have them connected on a Saturday.
Overall we were not too happy with the experience.

Very possitive and up beat a great team of people
Excellent, looked after well. All the staff was great. That's why I have been a repeat customer for years and will continue to do so in the future
