Excellent service, nice friendly people. Everyone at Fenwick was a pleasure to deal with!
Overall, this was a positive experience thanks to the excellent people I dealt with. From the sales staff to Cory ,who prepped my new car and showed me how to use my bluetooth, everyone was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thanks Glen and George!

At FENWICK MOTORS I truly had a great experience. I think the part that sticks out the most is the atmosphere within that building by everyone that works there. I feel more than comfortable returning to see George for anything. All of my needs were filled and not one person there has ever said "sorry we can't do that" or "no we don't do that here". Being in the customer service industry myself for most of my life I can honestly say that George and his team are doing it right. For these reasons my wife and I have not only bought one vehicle from FENWICK but two vehicles within 3 months. Thank you FENWICK MOTORS!!

Purchase Experience
Today I picked up my first brand new car. Wow, what a great customer service experience it was. Kudo's to the entire staff there especially Jimmy McKenzie, Jenn Helps and Cory. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was in the showroom all polished up and ready to go and Jenn Helps was there waiting with big smile! After all the paperwork she introduced us to Cory who took my on a full tour of all the neat features and how they worked. I am very impressed by the professionalism and the quality of service I received and trust that our relationship will continue throughout my ownership of the car. Keep up the good work... I look forward to those free car washes and oil changes

Thanks for the honest and infomative new car buying experience.
Our first new car buying experience since 1988 VW Jetta. Car was in the showroom when we picked it up, nice touch. Functions and operation of vehicle were clearly explained by Shane.Thanks for being honest with damaged bumper, couldn't tell it's not the original installed in Japan. Thanks Jennifer for courtious treatment with financing and other issues.
