Professional, no "pressure" tactics were used, very satisfied.
Originally came in seeking a Crosstrek Test Drive. Was able to "look" at a unit that had already been sold. Scheduled an appointment for the next car that was available. Enjoyed the way the car drove and ended up buying one. Overall, a very positive and comfortable experience.

I recently purchased a pre-owned BRZ and couldn't be happier. The condition of the vehicle has surpassed all pre-owned vehicles I have purchased in the past. Given it is a 4 year old car, the condition still surprises me as the previous owner maintained it will both inside and out. Tim was extremely personable and really took the time to hear my story out instead of trying to sell me a car, and we were able to come up with a price point that suited my needs.
