I'm a student at TriOS College, Toronto downtown campus, and so far, I'm very satisfied with all the instructors that I already had, and specially instructor Mehul who taught us computer basics but so much more than that. Some advises I will carry for my career development. Here we are able to meet marvelous people, both students and instructors, who will not be only ours coworkers, but our friends.

Hi, I am a new immigrant to Canada. Having worked as an IT Professional for one of the largest MNC company back home, I wished to learn new technologies, applications in order to upgrade my skills in this new country. I chose " Information Technology Professional (ITP)” program in triOS, Mississauga campus. I can say that that was the best decision I took for my career and family. Right from the staff at the reception Mariam Hasan and Lanie to the employment specialist, I was surrounded by wonderful and passionate people, who wanted to make a difference in my life. Words are not enough to tell how much I have evolved as a person both professionally and personally. I need to thank all the staff members, our instructor Mr. Oleg Galts and the CD, Mariam Frederick. All rights reserved them worked in tandem with only one motive - to make me job ready. While I am in the college, I got opportunity to work for triOS part time as a Network Technical Assistant (NTA) in this very Mississauga campus. Thanks trios I am helping me realizing my dream in Canada. Wish you all success in your future endeavors.

I came from a hospitality background and held a Bachelor’s degree prior to joining triOS College. I was looking to change my career path and focus on Accounting and Payroll so as to expound on opportunities including those in the Hotel Industry (Accounting/ Finance Department). I did a thorough research on both public and private colleges in the GTA (Great Toronto Area) and that is how I ended up pursuing my Accounting and Payroll Diploma at triOS College, Mississauga campus. From the first time I set foot into triOS College, all the staff members were very welcoming, very supportive, and approachable. From the instructors, to the administrative staff, the director, the employment specialist, the counselors and even the students. The environment felt very family- like which made it much easier to blend in and very conducive for learning. The staff and instructors are very devoted to our success. I cannot go without mentioning Ms. Trudeau, my Business Communication / MS Office Instructor and Mr. Steve Potts, my Accounting and Payroll Instructor both of whom were not only patient and approachable but also very dedicated in ensuring that we all progressed and advanced well in our studies. They focused on the students’ progress and ensured that we fully understood all aspects of the course work, not to mention the small class sizes. The course format is also very efficient and effective. It allows us to focus on one course at a time thus maximizing our understanding of the course material step by step. The program is very intense which ensures that we cover and complete our program in the shortest time possible. This way we are able to apply what we’ve learnt and pursue our professional careers the soonest possible. One of the most advantageous aspects of triOs Mississauga campus was the support offered in regard to seeking valuable experience as well as employment prospects prior to and after completion of the program. Many many thanks to Joanne Bradley, the Employment Specialist who not only prepared me for my prospective job attainment path through valuable experience from a volunteer position placement, but also the intensive interview preparation she offered us. Joanne ensured that I was well placed, and followed through the process even after landing my permanent employment, making sure that I was content . She had gone through various interview steps with me prior to each interview, most of which the positions had been forwarded by the career department from various sources. She is truly an amazing lady. I was well informed of various career fairs and positions available until I landed my first Accounting position. I am proud to say that I did in fact graduate with Honours and I’m permanently employed at an Accounting and Consulting firm of which I work directly with a major client that I was assigned to by my employer. Thanks to the dedication of the wonderful team at triOS college, Mississauga, including the support and encouragement I received from my former classmates!

My teacher is refusing to teach us. we are halfway through a course and he has not taught one thing. he simply plays youtube videos on the screen. WHEN i asked him if we could be taught differently he says there is no other way to teach it. well i wouldn't have paid 30000 if i could use youtube to learn this. i am INCREDIBLY disappointed.
