What am I back in high school? I don't know what consultant agency wrote this questionnaire for your company but if a person is willing to provide feedback, you can't tell them what to do. Anyway, our experience with John was great!

Steve was patient and helpful. It took us a while to decide what we wanted and we never felt rushed. Steve helped us quite a bit and made the process fun. As an added bonus we love the red Soul we ended up buying :)

Very good car purchase experience
This was our first car, we were on a look out to buy a used car before going to Kia Stratford. John has really took good care of our interest, likes and dislikes and then suggested Kia Optima. Test drive was smooth and the price was on the lower side, Kia 5yr warranty is a plus. With all these in mind and easy financing options, our decision was obvious. We chose black color and John suggested to go for a paint protection. I'm very happy with my blacky and got appreciations from my friends. Positive experience and definitely recommend talking to John when you walkin to showroom.
