Came to have car oil change and winter tyres changed - so far everything is ok

The service and oil change went ok except it was a long wait. Edmund did his best to help me.

Terrible.

I leased a 2019 CRV a week ago. The remote starter, and auto android have not worked since day 1. 4-5 day after beginning of lease , the wheel locked in 401 and I did not have control on the wheel for 3-4 minutes I notified the sales person and another person. I booked the first available appointment. the service manager tried the remote starter and did not work. he asked me to leave the car. the same night, Jonathan told me that they disconnected the battery and as result of restarting the computer system, it is working. it worked for a couple of minutes. the day after when I wanted to pick up the CRV. It was not working. Jonathan refused to rent a car for me. Jonathan told me the Honda manufacturing is responsible. I noticed no paper work has been done to show my car was in the service at all. The day after I called customer service. they said the 100% dealership is responsible. for whole day , Janathan and service manager did not return the call of customer service. Finally, the service manger said the CRV is not there (??????!!!!!!!!!). I went to service and still remote starter was not working. I got a total wrong report (every thing operates normal while at the same time it was not working and even it was wrten it connected to a phone that belonged to Jonathan not me). since the remote starter was not working again the took the car to the shop. After 2 hours, they (service manager) blamed everything including temperature between 5 PM and 7 PM. By the way it seems that somebody drove my CRV 50KM while it was in the service. I think they re-started again. it worked at the service. I came home at 8 PM (25 Sep. ), it is not working.

Excellent Service

I am very satisfied by the service I received from Mohammed Al Areebi at Roadsport Honda. He listened to my concerns and and met my needs in a timely manner. He was very enthusiastic and friendly, which made my visit very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this location for any of my servicing needs.
