Greasy hand and boot prints
Went to the dealership with 3 items that required service; an oil change; a burned out LED on the passenger side; and an issue with the passenger seatbelt warning light always being on. Picked the vehicle up the next day and the only thing they were able to address was the oil change. I was informed that the LED was on order and that they could not find an issue with the seatbelt warning light. Not the best outcome but not that big of a deal. The issue I had was the greasy hand print left on the exterior drivers door and the greasy boot print on the drivers floor mat. This is my brand new truck! Less than 10,000 kms on it and its first service.

True to their words
I was told to report at a certain time for my appointment but since I did not need my car, I brought it earlier. Guess what. Because it was feasible for them they actually took care of my car right away as opposed to the next day. I call this initiative and service oriented. I really love their service and trust me I have been to other competitors and it is not even worth mentioning.

Everybody was friendly and I didn't wait long.
My breaks were squeeking, it was an in going problem but this last visit they fixed the noise.
My experience was awesome, the staff was very friendly.
I waited for my car and it didn't take very long..
Everything was perfect
