Overview of my experience at Myers Nissan Orleans and the performance of the sale representative to my purchased vehicle.

We were served with care, respect and professionalism.

Sales rep was very polite, accomodating and knew his product.
I purchased a new Nissan Rogue. Sales person explained the features of the vehicle, provided price and gave me a price for my existing vehicle in exchange. When transaction was agreed upon, the dealer provided licensing and a short tutorial of the features of my new vehicle.

Won’t be coming back
I’ve been trying for weeks to get an answer on these tires - finally when I send my partner in, he gets one! But then no phone call this afternoon to confirm the appt for tomorrow. I will be there at 730a and do expect this to be finalized and completed tomorrow because making me chase is unfair and tarnishing what had been my best and favourite car experience which is now just leaving me frustrated and angry
I had recommend you and have since contacted those that were considering shopping and told them not to bother as my last 4 wks since purchase are unresolved with no communication of what solution is being worked on.
