Came in with a problem left Meyers Nissan with a $50 bill,time wasted and no solution.
I had a light on my dashboard saying service engine. I phoned the company to ask about the issue and was told to bring the vehicle there.
In the mean time the light switched off, but I still went to the appointment to check the vehicle.
Since I was told the car needed an oil change, I assumed it would work out. On the day of my appointment I remember saying that the light was on but stopped blinking.
The light came on after Meyers serviced the car. I called back the following day and now a lady mentioned that if it was service engine I had to bring the car in, which I did.
Now I have to pay another $190 to check what's wrong.
I feel like I was taken for a ride. Nobody listened to me when I first came and advised me accordingly. I still need to pick my car up. I do not know what to expect this afternoon.

Heater is not working properly
Sales rep John Arsenian was fine but once we started to use the car in colder weather we found the heater to be totally ineffective. Blast of cold air on the front passenger side when the front defroster is on - can't stop it. Called and left John a voice mail yesterday. Was out of town on urgent family matter for two weeks and had taken the Nissan Rogue with me. Couldn't use it for transporting my elderly parents - they would have frozen!
Although a used SUV, I would have expected it to be working properly.

Friendly & courteous.
Came in to switch out the all seasons and put on the winter tires. The appointment was right on schedule and the car went in right on time. It took longer than I thought (2 hours) but I had cleared my schedule. I liked that the service team gave the car a quick wash. Thanks !
