James our sales associate provided us with all the information we required and made sure this was a good experience for us.
Helpful, pleasant and always available to answer our questions. James went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He even made sure we had our truck on time for our vaca and made follow up calls to made sure we were pleased with our purchase. Love my Rogue!

Kevin was very patient with all our questions, polite and curteous. Very nice young man.
I think that everyone in that office was doing their upmost to be pleasant and courteous with us, even when we had reservations about certain things, which got resolved eventually. All in all I believe everything went well and now, after a little time, we are very happy with our selection and the car is what we wanted. Thank you very much.

James was truly a man of his word. Cared about his customer and always followed up. We continued dialogue for roughly two weeks until all parties we satisfied with the number and my wife and I never felt pressured to buy unless we were happy.
