Exemplary, client-focused, customer service experience
Kevin was exceedingly polite, all the while remaining very approachable. He thoroughly followed up on every inquiry I made. In the midst of winter blizzards, Kevin made himself easily accessible (both electronically & in person), extending his work day to accomodate mine. He delivered on every commitment he made, and ultimately made my 1st personal vehicle purchase a total pleasure. I will be a return customer, even though I live 2 hrs away!
