repairs to my 2013 Trax was done well. The check engine lights have not come back on.
However, since the repairs, there is a smell of coolant. I am losing coolant and don't know from where. The smell is that of burnt coolant. I don't know how else to describe it.

Very professional.
Oil change. I went in and they did an oil change. Staff was very friendly and professional. This 20 words thing is crap for an oil change!

Fast and efficient.
Service was great, but when we leased the Envision we were given four free oil changes. we should have read the fine print they were only free if you used them in the first two years of the lease according to the service agent. We only have less than 20,000 km mainly due to being without our car for four months as it was being repaired. It appears we were penalized for not driving enough to get the free oil changes.
Absolutely no problem with the service though.

The wait was long but the diagnosis was thorough.
I was told it would be about one houe but the car only went in after one hour and it then took 30 minutes for the inspection. I was told the serpentine belt was crackerd but apparently that was normal wear.
