The service was excellent, courteous, competent, punctual and knowledgeable. The loaner was clean and worked well, the only thing was the snow brush which had a broken ice scraper.

Great customer service who always are helpful and excellent with my infinity q50. The waiting area and new showroom are very nice.

My car lost oil again after having an oil change.
I recently had the oil changed at Myers only to find out that the drain cap was not tightened and was losing oil. This is the second time that has happened to my car. The first time, Myers had to send a flat bed for my car since it was completely empty.
There appears to be no quality checks after work is done.
