Vehicle was priced well.
Being an out of town buying experience could have been a bit more accommodating.
When issues arose with vehicle customer service was not very welcoming.
When it came to part reimbursement for parts required for a safety that the mechanic forgot to replace, it fell on me to hound them for full payment after they said they would fully reimburse.

2013 Kia Sorento
I just purchased a vehicle from here this weekend. The price was more than resonable and the car is pristine. The customer service was excellent, from sales to the service department. There was never any pressure to buy and I always felt I was in control. I can't adequately describe how great That Car Place is. I would definitely recommend it everyone.

Excellent experience
I bought my car from That Car Place in mid February. Robert in sales made the experience easy. My car was ready on time and the issues that I found beforehand were taken care of. As a used car though you can never be sure what will happen when you get off the lot. And my worst nightmare happened. Within a day or two, the check engine light came on. I called up That Repair place and they fixed it up no problem. All around, what a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you all so much!! I highly recommend them.
