Just purchased a 2011 Ford Explorer here and I must say, from the moment we walked in, something was different about this place. We were nicely greated, shown the vehicle we came to see and never had any pressure to do any thing we weren't ready for. Daryl was a true pleasure to do business with. He gave us the key to test drive only when we asked for it. He pointed out things to fix on the explorer before we even noticed them and got things taken care of that were not even required for safety. And to make a great experience even better they were a few thousands cheaper than anyone else and the vehicle was super clean and accident free to begin with. Never in all my experience with car shopping has it been made this simple. There was no sales pitch trying to sway you, or an unrealistic payment plan forced on you. Matt is who I dealt with and he was nothing but professional and efficient. I told him what I needed and he truly went out of his way to make it happen.
