Longer than expected
I went in for a oil change that takes 15 minutes and was told it would take a half hour to 45 minutes.
An hour and a half later it was done and under covid the person who brought the vehicle around did not wipe down the steering wheel or anything. I mentioned the exess time to the service guy and all he said was thank you.

When I was advised by One of my family member to Check some cars in Empire Auto Group I wasn’t sure if I can find my ideal car right away. But , after I met and welcomed with Mr, Nick Soufan I explained my condition and Budget soon i helped to Get my first test drive and With his polite and positive attitude soon I made my decision to trust my gut and go ahead . with building trustworthy relationships with my dealer I purchased my first car ( Volkswagen Beetle) in Ontario !Thanks a lot

Pure amazement
I would like to see a special thanks to Nick Sam and Shawn UZ. During this time of panic in everyone’s lives these three amazing individuals have not only help me out beyond my expectations but they also put me in a new Dodge ram with super low mileage at the most affordable price I’ve ever seen! Empire Auto Group deserves an award thanks to these three individuals. I am the happiest I’ve ever been buying a vehicle and now I get to roll around on my new wheels. Best decision I have made in five years.
Mr Shawn Uz has single handedly brought us out of a nightmare situation involving a vehicule responsable for a near financial meltdown.This has been the single most rewarding experience in every way.
We have had to fill once in a week,payments are much lower,term is super agreeable and a super comfortable new ride.Thank you very much Shaun.
