Very good service
For the most part, I always get respectful and immediate service. I have a mobility problem and the guys are always great to help me with my walker and to see that my car is delivered back to the place where I brought it in. I generally wait in the waiting room and either read or "people watch". It's never too much of a pain for the whole experience. Keep up the good work.

I have chosen Mr.David Janes to do the regular maintenance on my car. I am the sole driver of my 2011 Toyota Corolla I leave him notes on any rattles etc. and my car is returned to me perfect. For as long as I will be driving A Toyota I hope he does not retire.
I can also speak for your desk staff always very professional and friendly...

Service experience
My experience from day one has been very good at this dealership. However i was unable to give you the top rating as when i tried to have my GPS updated last Fall on my 2013 Camry i was told it was as updated as possible by your service staff. However i know that is not the case and it has left me feeling i was mislead with no option to get it updated.
