Great experience!
Everyone at fusion auto sales was very friendly and helpful. Randy especially, great guy, and very helpful and knew what he was talking about! Helped me choose the right vehicle for me.

good morning Jeramy... just a couple things, as you know I worked in the industry for 23 years, to me service is number one.. I enjoyed dealing with you the price was good, the vehicle looked great.. Sadly the safety check with the wipers was missed, sitting on I 75 for 2 hrs wasn't a great experience... The quick service was great when I returned the car back to you...I was disappointed that through my inconvenience my car wasn't washed, very simple thing to do.. So its been a very dry summer, after my replacement of the wiper motor the wiper blades were the incorrect size plus totally worn so I replaced them, and again little things like that.. other then that I love the vehicle enjoyed your experience and would recommend buying a car from fusion auto, you have to remember that I work with 300 medics plus all the people I talk to daily.. thank you Arnold

I am glad that you like the Edge and like dealing here, I appreciate the feedback as we are always trying to improve. The wiper issue was unfortunate but glad we were able to take care of you right away. I will talk with the service department about it but as you know parts can just stop working without any signs. As far as the wash we do try to give our customers a complimentary wash when they are here for service, however sometimes we are busy with sold vehicle for delivery and new ones coming in. We only have one wash person on staff and that is how we keep our overhead lower to offer our customers better pricing.

Jeramy and Randy were very attentive on our needs and were very professional in how they took care of business. They make the purchasing experience a comfortable one were there was no pressure but there very honest in the information they give before you make the decision and the purchase.

Tom, Jeremy, Randy, three great guys very caring towards their customers, a service department that is very knowledgeable and second to no one. Three guys who are very honest with a service department that knows how to use a wrench, this is auto sales at its best. This is Fusion auto sales!!!
