2018 Ford Escape

I am disappointed.
I have sent many people to Race not to mention I have been buying cars from them for 10 years or more.
I had my transmission go in my 2018 Altima the other day after only owning it for 7 months give or take a bit. Anyhow when I called for some sort of help with a loaner vehicle I did not get any help at all and when I asked for a call back I did not receive one!
I will not buy another vehicle from them or send anybody else to them either.
I would never have expected that sort of customer service from them at all!

Awesome
Had some issues with the first car we purchased. Race auto took it in gave us a loaner for the entire time. Car still was not fixed. They bought the car back and let us choose whatever we wanted. Now in a 2019 corolla. Very professional company and staff. Would highly recommend them!
