Customer service just wasn't there.
Anytime I wanted to find out the status of my loan I had to call in. I was never contacted to give me updates or anything.
Even with the lack of customer service, I was approved for the car I wanted. And at the end of the day that's al that matters.

Service department is terrible
Service dept people are rude and have horrible customer service. After dealing with them I would not recommend bringing a vehicle there for servicing

car maintenance
I had great service when I bought my 2014 sonata but I have yet been able to get an appointment to get my free oil changes. I find they're booking for weeks away and I end up taking it somewhere else. I guess that's a sign of a good dealership, they're always busy.

one key
only one key with my truck but showed two keys online feeling ripped off i called several time but still get my other key the key sell for 300 at the dealer

It was the best I ever experienced in getting all 4 of the cars i ever owned by far. :) thanks so much.
A purchase of a car. Long distance purchase unseen. Awesome customer service. Everything explained plain and simple. Car arrived as exp-lained and described by Jeff. :) Great service overall.
