Excellent.
The whole process was made easier than I was expecting.
It's a great place to get a new vehicle either with bad or no credit. I can't believe that I am driving a 2015 Vehicle right now.

Friendly and helpful group of people
Dave made buying a car a very enjoyable experience. Also all the staff I have dealt with were friendly and helpful. I will come back to Race Auto Group again and recommend to all my friends and family.

Outstanding
I'd pretty much given up on the idea of getting a new vehicle. Race (Dave) came out of nowhere, helped me out, and got me approved for a very dependable vehicle that I actually WANTED, and didn't have to merely settle for. Very personable, helpful, understanding and he sat in his office with us for a good 3 hours, to make sure everything was exactly right. I can't thank Dave and Race Auto Group enough, and would highly recommend Race Auto to anybody in search of a new vehicle. Particularly somebody whose credit history wasn't perfect. Cheers! You guys a life savers.

Pretty good
Dave and Courtney were great to deal with, polite and caring with what need to be done with a smile.
My only thing would be is for you guys to have a full list of what's need from the creditors, even if it doesn't seem important to have at the time but may need it also just to have every angle covered right from when you walk through the doors.
As a customer it's very frustrating to play phone tag and having to make a different phone call every couple hours over a couple days.
Hope this helps, but I enjoyed my service thank you.
