We have bought five vehicles from Global and it has always been a very pleasant buying experience. Customer service and after purchase servicing is excellent. You know you are buying from an honest and trustworthy dealer. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and makes us feel like family.

Happy customer here indeed! I am a repeat customer and very recently purchased my second vehicle from Global. It's an impressive business from the selection of performance vehicles to the personal and sensible approach to sales. They appear to treat their clients/prospective clients how they would like to be treated and that goes a long way. They look for a win-win and clearly value repeat business. Very Satisfied Repeat Customer!
My wife and I have been buying cars from Michel and Tony for over 10 years (4 cars). The import car market is often overpriced in Ottawa. But their prices are always very fair and customer service is fantastic and friendly. The staff is always ready and willing to help with their honest approach. Financing has always been simple and effortless. I highly recommend this car shopping experience to everyone. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
