Simple, Friendly and easy.
Getting to test drive the car was nice and simple. This being my first time buying a car, things were explained to me with a sense of patience, and I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. Great all around experience and I got a great car.

You made buying a vehicle one of the most easy & painless events ever!
Came out to test drive some vehicles but didn't find any suitable. Watched the website and recently returned to test another. Although I really liked it, I never want to impulse buy so I needed to think it over for a day. Your staff never pressure anyone. When I was ready all I had to do was pick up the phone and complete the deal. Like the fact you work as a team!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Haldimand Motors and was very happy with the experience.
I am a repeat customer at Haldimand Motors because 1) there is no sales pressure, at least with with respect to searching for a vehicle, 2) there are many vehicles to choose from, and 3) the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Any issues that have come up (with recent purchase, spare key needed battery) were dealt with immediately and courteously.

We were having issues with our car after a few months of having it! Haldimand took it back and had everything fixed within a few days! They were so understanding and made sure it didn't cost us a dime! They go above and beyond for there customers to make sure they are truly satisfied with there purchase! Can't thank you enough for your hard work!!
