Very bad after sale service
I bought a mazda 5, but it is taking Haldimand motors more than 2 weeks to deliver, I was earlier told that I may expect the vehicle delivered to me at toronto ( i will pay extra for that) in a week, But Today I have been told that It will take minimum of a week, I do think they prioritize the delivery based on profits Haldimand is making, and the profits they are making on my car is less... I do not know if I will buy a car from them again or not, but I would have been happy if they stuck to their promise, Tom is my sale man,.
