Excellent Service
We had difficulty finding the car we really liked but the large stock at Haldimand Motors gave us a few to choose from. The sale was seamless, informative, and friendly. We were also impressed that a small issue we had with the car was taken care of efficiently. We have purchased vehicles before from Haldimand Motors so we knew the service would exceed our expectations and we were right. Thank you!

Fair prices and excellent service but felt taken advantage of.
The staff is always very friendly, the prices are fair and the service is excellent. However, when I was there to buy it was very loud making the salesperson difficult to understand and he added things to the contract without explaining them or that they were optional so I ended up with things I didn't understand or want on my sales contract but by the time i figured it out, it was too late. I felt taken advantage of. Make sure you make them tell you what is optional on your contract and explain what they have added.

Great Car, Great Deal, ok Sales Staff
Overall great experience and we got the car we needed... but I didn't find the sales person very engaged or even friendly. I'm in sales and I like talking to my clients about there specific needs. That was lacking but everything else was good - The quality of the car is excellent though... and I think you always have the best deals! Also, car was super clean! - Thanks

The ENTIRE experience was FLAWLESS!
The folks at Haldimand Motors are courteous and professional. I was completely at ease when purchasing my vehicle as they were not pushy about making the sale. Once I chose which one I wanted, it was cleaned, touched up and any maintenance that it needed was completed. The car was spotless inside and out!
I would recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Diamond Kote
I want to thank the person that applied the Diamond Kote to my 2011 Mazda CX9 on Sept. 2, 2021. The job they did was outstanding and the detailing was fantastic.
