We were very pleased with our experience
The service department and sales. Our needs were met in a timely fashion We were not happy with a noise in our brakes. We took it back twice and it was repaired to our satisfaction and the courtesy car made life a lot easier.

Always pleased with Haldimand Motors
I have purchased my last four vehicles from Haldimand Motors and have no need to look anywhere else. There is no pressure, no hassel and they take care of everything. If I have a problem, they solve it quickly. Great place to buy a used vehicle!

They were OK . But could have been awesome had they treated me like they would like to be treated.
There were some small issues in the paint on one door. I asked that they look after before I pick it up . They looked after that issue but in "buffing or polishing " the paint on that one door with the issue they managed to make that door look very different from the rest of the vehicle. When I called them on it I was told "Oh its only wax it will be fine after a wash." Well...after multiple attempts at washing and wiping the door down by hand it still looks wrong. In short my review is ". The level of service matches their prices....low."
