When made the deal asked when I could take delivery of my new to me SUV since it was Friday would next Friday be ok, just give us a call Thursday to confirm. Next Thursday call nope not ready waiting on a windshield replacement call in the AM. Called Friday nope service is closed today call back Monday asked to talk to the salesman nope on vacation. Called Monday mid afternoon nope waiting for cleanup call Tuesday. Didn't bother to call, finally at 3:00pm got a call from service, yes my new to me SUV was ready for pickup Wednesday morning...Frustrating. The good large selection, free to test drive many vehicles, relaxed atmosphere but, was it worth the 200k drive the jury is still out.

I drove several vehicles without any hassle from the staff. Decided to buy and was pleased with the quick turn around time. Very satisfied.
