We test drove several cars on two occasions before purchasing a car. from Haldimand. It was a very different sales experience from other used car places in that it was a relaxed, no pressure sales environment. Carproof was available free on-line. Everything was taken car of as requested before we picked up the car. Would have liked information provided on Kia warranties still in place due to low kms on the car.

My son Robert Burciul bought a car a fee months ago and he has had problems With it he sent Haldimand a email and they have not replied to the email I am very disappointed in this company I have purchased 5 vehicles throughout the years and recommended this company to alot of people needles to say myself and my friends will not be purchasing from here again

My family has been coming here for what seems like generations. In the past my parents have refused to purchase vehicles anywhere else and encouraged me to do the same however both times I’ve bought cars at haldimand motors I have been let down. The first vehicle I purchased I drove off the lot to find that the brake lights were not working and had to turn right around. The day after purchasing my second vehicle I realized that the window was loose and out of place causing it to raddle when it’s rolled down. Additionally after driving it for a little over a month a tire blew up, and caused nearly $800 of damage to my wheel well, bumper and axel. When I took it to get it fixed I was told that all my tires were grossly over filled with air (42psi as apposed to 36psi) I didn’t put air in them so it’s clear they were over filled when i purchased the car. I think I have reasonable expectations of buying a used car. These are both cars that I spent over $10,000 on and had IMMEDIATE problems that would’ve clearly been noticed had they actually looked over the vehicle before they actually sold it. I emailed haldimand motors and never received a reply. Haldimand motors is not what it used to be. My family and I will never buy another vehicle from them.

Origiinal purchase offer agreed was not honoured, excuse that staff wasn’t available on the Sat. Running a business of this size and not having staff there and making an offer you then saying wasn’t accurate is not good business. I did the deal loosing money was called and told my new vehicle ready, went and picked it up to find out my hitch was not installed now i have to come back, inconvienced and another disappointment

the car I purchased had a technical issue so after returning it twice I ended up exchanging it. the second vehicle also required work after being purchased and had to be returned to the service department. in spite of these challenges I would still buy another car in future (this is my third) and will bring my 3 kids to haldimand motors to purchase cars in the next couple of years.
