Easy and efficient
Salesmen were professional, friendly and easy to work with. The car was bought and ready to take off the lot in 2 days, complete with plates and ownership. Cleaned and ready to go. The only negative I would mention is that the gas tank wasn't full....if you buy a new vehicle it would be a nice touch to have a full tank (I have had this with previous vehicle buying experiences).

How can you ask for better service and sales?
I was very pleased with my experience. There was no pressure from the sales team and the freedom to choose whatever you want. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends.

Great service with professional knowledge through the process.
It was good to work with Haldimand Motors. I had to wait longer than expected for my vehicle, but through it all they were good to explain the reasons why and a realistic timeframe for when I can expect the vehicle. Thanks for your professionalism through the process.

Haldimand Motors has put the word ' trust' back into car shopping.
It has now been a year and 3 months since I purchased my gently used Toyota from Haldimand Motors and a wonderful year it has been! It's been a carefree, pleasurable ride. A year of free oil changes while I wait in a warm, comfortable environment, serviced by friendly, attentive staff...and I'm never waiting long. I will continue to drive from Hamilton to Cayuga for oil changes and any other necessary maintenance in the future because I trust Haldimand Motors to 'do it right'.
