I recently purchased a vehicle from Haldimand Motors I was very hesitant about the process and very concerned as I had spent my maximum amount and there was no room for MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. As a mother as an individual I have to say we have purchased many vehicles from Haldimand and this last experience was flawless. Overall I drove away knowing my vehicle was mechanically sound and safe for myself and my children and would highly recommend HALDIMAND MOTORS. The staff is very knowledgeable, curtious, and professional feel free to ask as many questions possible because they are REAL and the sign that hangs in their office is a reflection of what they represent. I did the pre-approval online for the 2008 Ford Ranger that I wanted. I got a phone call stating that everything was good as long as I had my spouse as a co-signer. All of the details were gone over with me the day I came to test drive the vehicle of an interest rate of 6.99%, over a 5 year term and a bi-weekly payment of approximately $140, that included the 3-year bumper to bumper warranty, my down payment of $2500 and the life insurance costs. We talked about the possibility of getting a bed liner put in the truck as there was one on site that was cancelled from a previous order, but we wouldn't know if it fit until later. I was told that I would receive a phone call in regards to this. I was very happy with all of the above. What I was not happy with is that I asked multiple times about the bed liner and and no one ever did tell me if the one on site fit or not. When I came to pick up and sign all of the paperwork for the vehicle I was quoted an interest rate of 13.96%, a 3.5 year term and a monthly payment of over $400. The gentleman that was going over the paperwork with me informed me that I couldn't have been approved for 6.99% as I was declined by the banks. He told me that it is always a matter of what the finance companies come back with and that when he deals with customers he always tells them that the interest rate and payments could change because people don't tell us if they have bad credit or not. I did inform him that I did the pre-approval for the vehicle before I even came in to test drive it. Also I informed him that I never received an email or a phone call to any changes with the original terms I was given. He was very calm, courteous and professional. He even called Steve Boho who was the original person we dealt with. Unfortunately, that does not change the fact that the payments I will be making on the truck are $160.00 more than what I expected to pay. If I did not need a vehicle to commute to my new job I would have left the truck on the lot. One last thing. I, Ivy Holloway bought a truck not my fiancee Andrzej who this email was addressed to.

Very good service! We were well looked after. Everything was explained and no pushy or aggressive sales tactics. Will have bought our last three vehicles here.
