I was both surprised and pleased with purchasing my 2012 Hyindai Sonata. I was surprised that there was no negotiation on the price and that I could test drive the car on my own. It made it very easy to decide on what I wanted with no pressure sales. I would recommend Haldimand Motors to anybody.
The customer service was excellent. I am so excited to have a new to me car I can truly love.

It was a simple and enjoyable experience!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A better job could've be done on the detailing. Soap residue left in the body and windows. Interior was done well.

No Pressure Sales
There's so little pressure, you don't even have to talk to a sales person to take your choice for a test drive. But, since they treat you like an expert, you can make a mistake and they'll let you. I almost drove off the lot before arranging to transfer my insurance to the newer car. They let me phone the insurance company, but a reminder would have been nice.
