Rob took care of me well. I just regret that I didn't ask a few more technical questions but I will discover the answers as I read the manual. I forget the name of the man who checked me out but he was pleasant and helpful as well. Great experience. My neighbour who came with me when purchasing said he will come to Haldimand the next time he needs a vehicle.

I visited Haldimand Motors three times and each time received the same exceptional quality of service. The first time, I went in hopes of narrowing down my search for a 'new' car. The staff were extremely patient with me as I test drove multiple cars and asked countless questions. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy which was appreciated as this was my first time looking. On my second visit, I had the same experience and purchased a vehicle! The staff walked me through the process, taking their time making sure I understood everything they were saying. The third time, I returned to pick up my car. The staff were very friendly, greeting me upon arrival. My car was cleaned and ready, waiting for me in the parking lot. I would recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle.

The service provided was very good. The only small complaint that I had was that the work requested took two weeks, which was no problem, but I thought that someone might have called me in that time to sort of explain what was happening. I love the vehicle!

Simply no pressure buying and very pleasant staff. Had a couple questions and the service man answer me with all details on how it worked...Only had my vehicle for 4 days and love it....
