BE CAREFUL
Dealing with them seams great but, DO NOT take delivery until all that was promised is complete. I purchased from out of province. They delivered the car to me and picked up my trade-in. I was left with a car that had no registration yet. No temporary registration and only one key. They promised me an extra warranty on top of the factory warranty. They didn't give it to me. So now they do not answer my messages. Took over a week for them to get the registration to me. The rest, I'm still waiting. That's over a month now.

Very professional, transparent, helpful, and friendly
Purchased a used SUV.
During my experience I test drove the vehicle, noticed some minor damage on the body and worn treads on the tires. I mentioned this to the staff and they offered to throw in a set of winter tires to replace the worn all-seasons and get the body work repaired, then I could come re-test drive the vehicle. This was a great experience with no pressure on me to purchase the car after the repairs.
The team was incredibly transparent about the work performed and all information they knew about the car. They have many reasonably priced warranty options with good coverages available.
Overall, I would highly recommend Scammell Auto!

Very pleased with the service I received. This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from these folks and I haven't been disappointed yet ! I even needed my recent purchase shipped out of province and these guys found a solution to get the deal done. They are an awesome family business who care about the small things. Best car buying experience !
I hate buying cars, I find it very stressful. Dylan and his father went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and felt heard. There was a problem with the back-up camera and they stayed in touch with me and when the problem persisted they replaced it without any hassle. Everything was handled in a very courteous and professional manner and I always felt that my comfort and satisfaction were their first concern. If or when I purchase another car I would go back to them without a doubt.
