Did not meet expectations.

Did not meet expectations. Not meet what they promise. Not a good standard. Staff is nice tho. Not even close to expectation what they promise.

It was great

First service completed and everything done was explained. Everyone at Rainbow is so friendly and knowledgeable I coiuldnt be happier

Recall

I had the block heater recall done and was told two hours but was done in a hour The staff is great

OIl change and tire rotation

Rainbow Toyota is the place I have gone for general maintenaince since the Rav 4 was purchased from them in 2013. They have always been very helpful.

Salesman was very informative and provided answers to all our questions.

The salesman was very informative and provided answers to all our questions. He gave a tutorial on the functions of the vehicle, mechanically and features that the 4 Runner has to offer.
