Effective, efficient and great service
The purchase went very smoothly, Brenda new all aspects of the vehicle and explained it well. Financing and paperwork was very smooth as well.

Brenda was absolute pleasure to deal with and she has in-depth knowledge of the vehicles she is selling.
Brenda was very helpful in looking for the desired vehicle and she provided regular updates on its arrival. She was also very accommodating when it came to picking up the vehicle she stayed later to allow us to pickup our vehicle when we were traveling from out of the city. Her personality is well suited for this job and we felt comfortable talking to her about the vehicle.

Excellent
I went in with hopes on downsizing my vehicle and getting better fuel economy. Brenda always knows exactly what I need and has my best interests in mind. She chose exactly what suited me and I am completely thrilled with my new Toyota.
