Having Rick helping my daughter getting a new Toyota Matrix. She loves her car.
I am glad she decided on the Toyota, because everyone at the dealership is great. Main thing is the service, being a Toyota I doubt it would require any repairs, just the regular service.

The customer service was beyond expectation. The staff are always pleasant and reliable. Doing business here was a pleasurable experience and I have recommended Rainbow Toyota to several friends and acquaintances .
When purchasing my most recent previously owned vehicle, Brian was very accommodating to my needs as well as to my personal schedule. After having driven the vehicle for about 2 days I realized there was a likely problem with the alignment of the wheels. They happily solved the problem and replaced the resulting damages tires at no cost to me. This was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

The experience was excellent and very professional
My wife and I were treated in a very friendly and professional manner. All of our questions were answered and I never once experienced being pressured to buy. We received a fair trade in value for our Tacoma and picked up our new Tacoma at the agreed upon date with the requested accessories installed. I have recommended Rick to family, friends and colleagues.
