Purchase of new vehicle.
The Rainbow Toyota team listened to what I wanted to do, and fortunately had a vehicle in stock that was what I was looking at purchasing. They were pleasant to deal with, and knowledgeable. I dealt with three different people and they were all good to deal with. I would recommend a friend to go there.

Brian was very patient and thorough when explaining the features of the vehicle.
We test drove the vehicle a couple times. We were able to take it to our home and compare it alongside our 2008 Highlander. This helped us with the decision to trade our vehicle in on a new one. The dealership was very accommodating. We didn't feel pressure to purchase. We were treated with respect.

It was prompt and of top notch quality.
I had a windshield replaced. They let me know when it was available and installed it promptly. I also had an 8000 km service and it was also promptly done with quality service.

Amazing
