Everyone is friendly no issues, they get me set up as quickly as possible, the car is clean and service completed. I would like the actual service guy to be available when I come to pick it up in order to describe the work completed rather than having to find someone else to do that. He did tell me over the phone but somethings are better in person, especially the queue system changes. Thank-you Elaine Hatch

Oil change and cleaning
Everyone is always pleasant. The car was washed but not very good. There were spots of dirt on the roof, the hood and the truck. Looked like paw prints but still should have been removed.

Did not estimate time to complete work correctly
Brought in my car to change winter tires, fix seal leak and and link in the tire wheel. First estimate of time was a hour and a half. The total time to complete the work was 3 and a half hours. If I was told this upfront I would not have waited at the dealership.
