I was greeted with professional and friendly service. Was taken to a show car of the mode I wanted to look at. Was described every spec while in the show car. I was then provided with a test drive, and was shown every spec again while test driving. They made it very comfortable and told me all about the services with nurse. Then my car specialist Gerry sat down and explained financial situations with me to make me fully understand the best option for me. We discussed and there was no pressure witch was very mind settling. I came to the conclusion I wanted to purchase the Cruze. Shawn the financial manger was an amazing aswell. It was a breeze and very simple! When receiving my car it fast, yet very in depth of explaining the paperwork for the vehicle. Was insured my Bluetooth and onstar was set up before I left.
