New Chevy Truck Purchase
My purchasing experience at Nurse was the best one I have had at any dealership to date. In my opinion Peter not only met all of my expectations, he exceeded them in every way. Peter was polite, kept me in the process loop through several follow-up phone calls, was very knowledgeable and took the time and effort to make sure I understood and number of vehicle options which I was not familiar with.
Peter is a huge asset to the Nurse Team and I look forward to any future dealings on new or used cars / truck purchases.

The whole team worked together to ensure I was happy with my purchase.
Todd was most helpful in starting and seeing our purchase through to completion. Paul Goodman, sales mgr. was most helpful when we decided to purchase an Equinox instead of a Traxx. He conferred with the service mgr. on our behalf when we requested that our snow tires from the Equinox we were trading to be installed on the 2015 Equinox; only to discover that these snow tires were not suitable for the new model, so arranged to have the original new tires re-installed and giving us financial compensation for the used snow tires.
Lisa, product specialist was extremely helpful in ensuring we were familiar with the new vehicle. She explained some of the features of the dash - ie. programming my favorite radio stations, syncing my cell phone to blue tooth etc. She realized I was tired and getting over-whelmed; so told me to return to see her at a later date and she would go over other features with me then.
Overall, I think they all work as a great team!
Since I've purchased the vehicle my husband returned to the service dept. and has had new snow tires (and rims) installed on the new Equinox.
