Felt Terri and Avy were very patient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Terri was kind and efficient in handling all the paperwork and I feel she cared for my experience with Nurse and not just the sale.

Blair was patient with me, while I pondered my choices and did several test drives. Once I had made my decision, he war careful to go over many details clearly. I was also duly impressed when I was given the grand tour of Nurse's entire facility, I had no idea it covers such a large area and offers any service a new car owner could want! Your lounge area is a wonderful idea and I will not minding waiting there, while my car is being serviced in the future. When I picked up my car another gentleman sat next to me and went over the function of the various knobs and buttons, as well as OnStar and Sirius. I had occasion to return to the dealership recently to go over some questions and he was happy to help me again. Overall, purchasing my new car was a very easy and pleasant experience.
