Shuttle Service
I am greatly appreciative of the shuttle service provided to me, or perhaps I should say my vehicle, when I was unable to drive and required a service appointment. The thoughtfulness of this service will keep me coming back!

Brought the car in for an oil change. Service was fine, and actually fairly quick compared to the last few times. I was trying to get some work done in the waiting area and was interrupted by two young employees yelling at each other at the desk. This yelling included profanity. It did interrupt me briefly, but I was in complete shock that your employees don't have the self-discipline to keep from dropping f-bombs within earshot of customers.
Completely unprofessional.
