Rude girl again in the customer service waiting area
Went for oil change. Greeted and treated great. Got in car to leave papers on dash with failure for alignment test. Nobody explained anything went back in and was told the girl was busy and didn't really have tine to explain. They were willing to let me drive away with no explanation at all. Terrible customer service from the girl in the client waiting area.
Seems employees including managers at this location do not know what proper customer service is. I was charged for an issue with my vehicle when the problem wasn't even fixed then wrote on the invoice exactly what I already told them.
Always prompt, courteous, and efficient. The service is fabulous and I thank you very much! I appreciate the availability of the courtesy car to get me to and from home.
I was reminded about the appointment to bring the vehicle in and was greeted promptly.
Was supplied with transportation to home and back to dealership.
