The easiest, most pleasant vehicle purchasing experience ever.
Mitch was so professional and throughout. We knew what we wanted to purchase when we went in and he didn't try to change our decision. He worked to get us the best deal possible and we were very pleased with the results. It was so nice not to have any of the "old school" style of car sales. We left feeling like we got the best vehicle for us with the best price.
Ryan showed us our vehicle and walked us through all of the features new and old. He helped us set up our On Star services and linked our phones. It took all of the hassle out of figuring out a new vehicle.
The only somewhat negative experience was with the finance department. The person we dealt with gave us some misinformation. I believe it is his typical sales approach for selling extra features. I spoke to Mitch after and he handled the situation immediately and set things straight. What could have been a very negative thing was quickly turned around and became a non-issue for us. Thanks Nurse team for a very pleasant purchasing experience.

Got mail today from GM Financial saying i owe over $400. $75 for a deductable and $342.96. The total is $430.79. If i have to pay any of this then id like to return my new car with my full value of the car and i will take my business else where. I was told that i wouldnt have to pay any extra as i paid over $3500 on my leased car for this not to happen.
