Truly professional and ethical, hardly matched by any other dealership.
I already knew they had a reputation for quality customer service but once I saw an SRX that I liked and drove from Windsor Ontario to do a test drive, Barry Chamberlain from the sales team exceeded my expectations. All paperwork and service details were shared with me prior to my trip, the car was crisp cleaned top to bottom by their professional detailer and ready to go. The detailer even came to see my reaction and I praised his great job. I liked the car very much and had one of easiest car transactions in my life. Barry even spent time training me and making sure I understand all the ins and outs of the vehicle. He did not stop there and sweetened my deal further which meant a lot to me.
Thanks to Barry’s efforts, I drove out a few hours later with a happy smile.
Kudos to Mary and all the staff for setting the bars so high. Truly professional and ethical, hardly matched by any other dealership. This is how business should be done.

Unsatisfied
I am very unhappy with visit to Chevrolet nurse whitby, two of my rims are slightly bent and I came in to get them replaced, Evan Andrews was my service advisor and was very disrespectful and rude towards me he also refused to replace and even balance my tires, I bought a brand new truck expecting everything to be perfect and it's not.

Received an update, courteous call daily, via telephone. Parts took a while to arrive, but repaired to the utmost satisfaction. Truck was ready when we arrived.
