Nothing special
I came in for an oil change and also asked to have tires rotated; they forgot to rotate them until they gave me my free bill and I had to remind them
Perhaps the attendant should repeat the clients request and input to computer with client there

Fast and efficient service.
Fast and efficient service. I'm able to get an appointment quickly, their service techs are friendly and welcoming, their shuttle service is handy (the longest I've waited is 15 minutes before there was someone available to take me home), and they know me, my car, and it's history.

Staff very friendly and courteous and they explained what work was to be done ,also offered a ride home and pickup when the job was completed if needed.
