A well-organized operation with a focus on friendly customer service and customer satisfaction.

My service advisor is Evan Andrews, He is personable, thoughtful and carefully listens so that he can offer intelligent suggestions. My experiences with Bill Oakman are similar. Both are perfectionists, in their areas of expertise. This is one of the few dealerships in which I have enjoyed my visits for service. I also adore having my car returned to me clean.

Excellent service department

Friendly informative staff and shuttle driver was prompt and courteous. Always have a great experience when visiting Nurse. Wouldn't have my service done anywhere else

From the time we started looking to the purchase it was made an enjoyable experience.

Gerry and his teammate kept things going for us. The information was available from the onset. We did not feel we were rushed. They were very patient with us showing us products and purchase options. We were specific of what we wanted in a vehicle and Gerry searched until he found exactly what we wanted. Found Gerry paid attention to all the details of the deal and even found a financial error in our favor. Good experience all around.

Please refer to the GM survey I recently completed which describes my dissatisfaction with my recent service.

As mentioned above, I have already provided my feedback via the GM survey sent to me after my last service appointment, please refer to that! The survey response was sent about 3 weeks ago and I have had no response! This lack of communication just adds to the overall frustration!
